Job SummaryWe are hiring an HR Payroll Executive who can efficiently handle payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee coordination. The candidate should have hands-on experience in salary preparation, PF, ESIC, challan generation, and ECR handling

• Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll ProcessingPrepare and process monthly salaries
• Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses accurately
• Maintain payroll records
• Statutory ComplianceHandle PF & ESIC work
• Generate and submit challans
• Ensure timely compliance with regulations
• ECR HandlingGenerate ECR reports
• Verify and correct data before submission 
• Employee CoordinationResolve employee queries related to salary, PF, and ESIC
• Coordinate for documentation and updates

• Reporting & DocumentationMaintain employee payroll data
• Prepare monthly reports
• Ensure proper filing and compliance records
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in payroll/HR
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, challan & ECR generation
• Basic to good Excel skills
• Good communication skills
