Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and payroll-related HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, organisational ability, and a sound understanding of basic HR processes.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Collect manpower requirements from department heads.
  • Draft, update, and manage job descriptions based on hiring needs.
  • Post vacancies on job portals, social platforms, and career channels.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies, universities, and colleges.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


2. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

  • Review and shortlist applications.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening/interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate suitability (skills, experience, culture fit).
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual/face-to-face interviews.
  • Maintain candidate communication and follow-ups.


3. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Explain offer letter terms and employment conditions.
  • Ensure documentation & KYC completion before joining.
  • Coordinate smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files.


4. Induction & Employee Integration

  • Conduct induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Introduce company culture, policies, and expectations.
  • Support new employees during initial adaptation period.


5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Address basic employee queries regarding HR matters.
  • Support implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and records.


6. Payroll & Attendance Coordination

  • Work on payroll/HRMS software.
  • Process daily approvals (leaves, overtime, fines, adjustments).
  • Prepare monthly attendance calculations.
  • Share payroll inputs with Accounts/Finance department.
  • Ensure accuracy in salary components and deductions.
