Suncrypto, a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations:

Assist in the on-boarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation of new hires.

Coordinate exit formalities.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Coordinate with departmental managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, and other HR policies.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

Assist in resolving employee grievances and provide support in maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Skills Required

Experience with HRMS software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). and other tracking platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
