We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with proven experience in Infrastructure Consulting, specifically in Highways, Railways, and Water Sector projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment & sourcing for Infrastructure Consulting roles

Handling hiring requirements for Highways, Railways, Water Resources, DPRs, PMC, EPC support roles, etc.

Active sourcing through multiple channels:

LinkedIn (Recruiter & Groups)

Naukri.com

Indeed

Apna App

Monster

Telegram & WhatsApp Hiring Groups

Employee referrals & professional networks

Screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

Coordination with project heads and management

Maintaining recruitment trackers, CV databases, and MIS reports

🧠 Required Skills & Expertise

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Infrastructure / Engineering Consulting recruitment

Strong understanding of Infracon industry structure & manpower requirements

Well-versed with sourcing strategies and job portals

Excellent computer skills:

CV formatting in MS Word

Candidate tracking & reporting in MS Excel

Strong communication & coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring deadlines

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiner or short notice period

Jaipur-based candidates will be given preference

Experience in consultancy firms dealing with NHAI / MoRTH / Railways / State PWD / Water Projects will be an added advantage
