Job Description
RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING
CONDUCT ORIENTATION AND ONBOARDING PROGRAMS FOR NEW EMPLOYEES.
- ACT AS A POINT OF CONTACT FOR EMPLOYEE QUERIES AND GRIEVANCES.
- FOSTER A POSITIVE WORK CULTURE THROUGH ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES.
- SUPPORT MANAGERS IN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND APPRAISAL PROCESSES.
- COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION
- ENSURE ADHERENCE TO LABOR LAWS, STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS, AND COMPANY POLICIES.
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE EMPLOYEE RECORDS, CONTRACTS, AND HR DOCUMENTATION.
- PREPARE HR REPORTS AND DASHBOARDS FOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW.
- TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT, AND WORKFORCE DISCIPLINE.
