HR Intern

🎯 Role OverviewThe HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks and gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and record management.

• 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Help with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support HR team in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Assist in payroll and attendance tracking
• Handle basic employee queries and provide support
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• 🎓 RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
