Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to

support our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and clients to ensure

timely hiring closures. This role requires strong communication skills,

multitasking ability, and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients

Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Understand client requirements and align suitable profiles

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Key Requirements

1years of experience in recruitment

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills

Experience in consultancy/recruitment firm

Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
