Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Jaipur (On-site Only)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and responsible HR Manager with more than 2 years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment (including mass hiring), onboarding, employee relations, payroll management, and overall HR functions within the organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Mass HiringHandle end-to-end recruitment for all departments
• Manage mass hiring drives and bulk recruitment requirements
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate finalization
• Maintain hiring reports and recruitment metrics
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage complete onboarding process
• Ensure proper documentation and policy briefing
• Oversee probation reviews and confirmations
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding
• Employee Relations & EngagementAddress employee grievances and workplace concerns
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Ensure adherence to company policies and discipline
• Payroll & HR OperationsCoordinate monthly payroll processing
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
• Maintain employee database and HR reports
• Resolve payroll and HR-related queries
• Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Draft and update HR policies as required
• Support management in organizational development initiatives
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience: More than 2 years in HR role (mandatory)
• Proven experience in recruitment and mass hiring
• Strong knowledge of payroll and HR operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience in IT / corporate environment preferred
