Job Description
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking platforms to source candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and administer assessments when required.
- Manage employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
- HR Operations & AdministrationOversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Manage employee records and HRIS data.
- Support payroll, attendance, and performance management processes.
- Employee RelationsAddress employee grievances, promote a positive working environment, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with disciplinary procedures and conflict management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
- QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in HR management with strong focus on recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, HR software, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
