• Be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, or conflicts.
• Plan fun and engaging activities, surveys, and team events.
• Help teams work better together by resolving any issues.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality of employees.
• Review monthly reports and suggest improvements.
• Make sure systems are updated and rules are followed.

Performance Management

• Organize performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.
• Help managers give useful feedback and growth plans.
• Spot high-potential employees and guide their career paths.

Training & Development

• Identify what skills employees need and arrange training or workshops.
• Promote learning and track how training is helping.
• Support team leaders in mentoring future leaders.
