👩‍💼 Position: HR cum Business ManagerKey Responsibilities:🧩 Human Resource Management:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Manage attendance, performance tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Organize training sessions, incentives, and team motivation programs.
• Maintain employee records and company HR policies.

💼 Business Management:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate with sales & marketing teams.
• Track performance, set business goals, and ensure monthly target achievements.
• Create reports, maintain communication between management & staff.
• Support marketing activities, events, and client interactions.
• 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business / Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, business operations, or sales coordination (Real Estate preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Confident personality with problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and communication tools.
