Job Title: HR Manager / Recruitment Manager – Retail Jewellery

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager / Recruitment Manager to handle end-to-end human resource operations and talent acquisition for our retail jewellery showroom operations.

The role involves managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR policies, performance management, and staff engagement to ensure smooth workforce operations and high employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for showroom and corporate staff

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, and Apna (formerly Apna App)

• Coordinate interviews with department heads

• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

2️⃣ HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding and induction programs

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies

3️⃣ Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop employee engagement activities and motivational programs

• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy work culture

• Plan training programs for sales and showroom staff

• Support performance appraisal processes

4️⃣ Policy & Process Management

• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs

• Ensure discipline and professional work environment

• Manage code of conduct and workplace ethics

5️⃣ Performance & Reporting

• Monitor employee productivity and absenteeism

• Prepare monthly HR reports and recruitment dashboards

• Analyze hiring needs based on business expansion plans

Candidate Requirements: Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Excellent recruitment and negotiation skills

✔ Knowledge of HR policies and labour laws

✔ Good coordination and team management ability

✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Background• Experience in Retail / Jewellery / FMCG / Hospitality HR

• Experience hiring sales and field staff

• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
