Job Description
Managing the recruitment process,
Employee onboarding and induction,
Salary and payroll management,
Implementation of labour laws and statutory compliance,
Employee relationship building,
Performance reporting and evaluation,
Attendance and leave management,
Offer letter, appointment letter & exit formalities handling,
PF, ESIC, TDS and other statutory coordination,
HR documentation and employee file management,
Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions,
HR policy implementation and updates,
Coordination with accounts for salary disbursement,
Maintaining HR MIS and monthly reports,
Training & development coordination.
