Location: Pan India (Work involves All India Coordination)

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and bold female candidate who can efficiently handle back-office operations, HR coordination, and nationwide project management. The candidate will play a key role in managing workflows, coordinating between departments, and supporting our All India Health Project & Franchise Expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage back-office and administrative operations

Coordinate with multiple departments and teams across India

Handle HR activities including recruitment and employee coordination

Oversee franchise operations and expansion planning

Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Maintain strong communication and reporting systems

Requirements:

Smart, proactive, and confident personality

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Basic knowledge of HR and operations preferred

Female candidate preferred
