Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process – sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage and lead the HR team (executives, recruiters, etc.) to deliver high-quality service to the organization.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Develop HR policies and maintain employee records in compliance with company standards.
