Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about recruitment and building careers in HR.

• Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face/virtual interviews
• Understanding client requirements and matching suitable candidate profiles
• Maintaining candidate data and recruitment reports
• Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates till offer closure
• Achieving monthly hiring targets and earning incentives

• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate OR 12th Pass candidates can apply
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Word / Excel
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-driven mindset
