Job description prepare karna aur approval lena

💻 Job Posting & Sourcing

Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna App, LinkedIn) par job post karna

Social media aur WhatsApp groups se candidates source karna

Reference hiring manage karna

📞 Screening & Interview

Resume shortlist karna

Telephonic / Video interview conduct karna

Interview schedule coordinate karna

📄 Offer & Documentation

Selected candidate ko offer letter bhejna

Salary negotiation aur joining confirmation lena

Documents verification karna

📊 Reporting

Daily / Weekly hiring report banana

Hiring target achieve karna

🎓 Qualification

Graduate (BBA / MBA HR preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

💼 Experience

0–3 saal ka recruitment experience

Sales hiring ka experience ho to preference milega

💰 Salary Structure (Example)

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (experience ke hisaab se)

Incentive: Per joining basis ya monthly target basis
