Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom, retail, office, and operational roles
- Understand manpower requirements from management and hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, consultants, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates as per the job requirement
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess communication, experience, grooming, and suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and management
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth closure of positions
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring status for all open positions
- Coordinate on offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation
- Ensure timely hiring for new store launches and ongoing manpower requirements
- Work closely with management on recruitment planning and urgent hiring needs
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and brand representation during all candidate interactions
- Help improve hiring quality by sharing only relevant and screened profiles
- Support basic HR operations when required, including attendance, employee records, and joining documentation
