Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting interviews to ensure we attract and hire top talent aligned with our company’s goals and culture.

• Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates using databases, job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Promote employer branding through recruitment activities and communication.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• Experience hiring for Sales, or Channel Sales
• At least 20days travel in a month our Branch offices and Bureau office
