Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-focused individuals who want to build a long-term career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals and databases
• Screening resumes as per client requirements
• Conducting telephonic interviews
• Shortlisting suitable profiles for clients
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and database
• Regular follow-ups with candidates
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment cycle

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Final Year Students
• Freshers welcome
• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Genuine interest in building a career in HR & Recruitment

Skills Required:

• Good communication & convincing skills
• Confidence in telephonic interaction
• Basic computer proficiency
• Time management & follow-up skills
• Professional attitude
