Favcore is looking for energetic and sharp HR Recruiters to help us build and manage our massive network of Sales Partners. If you have the "gift of gab" and can manage data effectively, we want you! Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and hiring potential Sales Partners for the platform.
• Explaining the Favcore business model, commission structures, and benefits to candidates convincingly.
• Managing hiring data and candidate records using MS Excel.
• Handling daily calling, screening, and onboarding of new partners.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent Hindi Speaking: Must be sharp-tongued (Tej-tarrar) with excellent communication skills and no hesitation in speaking.
• Basic Excel Knowledge: Ability to maintain sheets and track hiring numbers.
• Convincing Power: Ability to motivate and influence people to join the platform.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in recruitment/telecalling.
