Responsibilities:-
-To Post jobs on job portal, linked-in and Facebook, Whatsapp groups & Whatsapp Channel.
-To add all the candidates in relevant whatsapp groups.
-Screening of the candidates-To Contact at least 50 candidates over whatsapp and to make cold calls to candidates.
-To share at least 10 Profiles per day for the jobs assigned to you.
-To have the regular follow ups with the candidates for interviews, face to face rounds and for joining.
- Candidate having Prior BPO Experience in BPO will be preferred
-Minimum Fixed Salary-7,000 to 10,000/- Based on Experience and last drawn salary+ Incentives
