🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a driven and people-focused HR Recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end hiring and help us build strong teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys targets, closures, and interacting with candidates daily.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage offer rollout, follow-ups & joining closures
• Maintain daily hiring tracker & MIS reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Good understanding of recruitment cycle & hiring metrics
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, emails & Excel/Google Sheets
• Result-oriented and self-motivated attitude
