Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, factory, and outlet hiring
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan hiring accordingly
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and vendors
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Handle campus hiring and bulk recruitment activities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities
- Follow up with selected candidates till joining
- Ensure hiring is aligned with company policies and timelines
- Required Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws (preferred)
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- MS Excel and HR MIS knowledge
- Qualification:Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Key Traits:Result-oriented and proactive
- Organized and detail-focused
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and team player
