🌟 About the Organization:

We are a growing Jaipur-based organization expanding our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented recruiters who are passionate about hiring and building strong candidate pipelines.

🎯 Experience Criteria:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in core Non-IT recruitment preferred
• Experience in bulk hiring will be an advantage
• Freshers / HR Interns with strong communication skills can also apply

💰 Compensation:

For Experienced Candidates:

₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 PA + Uncapped Incentives

For Freshers / Interns:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 CTC (Based on interview performance)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and manage bulk hiring
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate further rounds
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Maintain candidate records in ATS
• Build and maintain strong hiring pipelines

✅ Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
• Strong sourcing and screening ability
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools preferred

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Experience hiring for Sales / EdTech / Managerial roles is a plus
• HR certification preferred but not mandatory
