Job Description

Sourcing and Screening Candidates:
Identifying potential candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks), reviewing resumes, and initial screening of applications.
Conducting Interviews:
Scheduling and conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for the role.
Coordinating with Hiring Managers:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, ensuring alignment on job descriptions and interview processes, and providing feedback on candidates.
Offer and Negotiation:
Helping to develop job offers, negotiating salaries and benefits, and finalizing employment contracts.
Onboarding:
Supporting new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
Building Relationships:
Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other HR professionals.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the recruiting field.
