Job Description

  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates:
  • Identifying potential candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks), reviewing resumes, and initial screening of applications. 
  • Conducting Interviews:
  • Scheduling and conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for the role. 
  • Coordinating with Hiring Managers:
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, ensuring alignment on job descriptions and interview processes, and providing feedback on candidates. 
  • Offer and Negotiation:
  • Helping to develop job offers, negotiating salaries and benefits, and finalizing employment contracts. 
  • Onboarding:
  • Supporting new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. 
  • Building Relationships:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other HR professionals. 
  • Staying Updated:
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the recruiting field.
