Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage hiring for production staff, karigars, and office roles in the jewellery manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for production, sales, HR, accounts, and design roles
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Manage job postings on portals and social media
• Maintain candidate database and hiring tracker
• Complete documentation and onboarding coordination
• Requirements:1–3 years of recruitment experience (Jewellery/Manufacturing preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & hiring portals
• Ability to hire factory staff and skilled karigars
