**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical recruitment requirements.

* Draft and post job opportunities on job portals and social media.

* Find candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and referrals.

* Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical fit.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams.

* Maintain a strong pipeline in ATS.

* Provide regular recruitment status updates.

* Participate in job fairs, campus drives and hiring events.

* **Required Skills**

* 1-3 years of experience in IT/Software recruiting.

* Strong understanding of software development roles.

* Experience with ATS, job boards and LinkedIn recruiter.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

* **Preferred Qualifications**

* Graduate in HR, Business Administration or related field.

* Experience in a software company or technical recruiting firm.

* Awareness of modern recruiting trends and best practices.
