Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, and leave data.
• Support HR policies, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
