Job Role:

Inside Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Description:

Handling outbound and inbound calls for US-based clients in both B2B and B2C environments

Generating qualified leads by cold calling and understanding client requirements

Scheduling product demos or meetings for senior sales managers

Using CRM tools like Zoho/Salesforce to manage leads and follow-ups

Building relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners

Handling objections professionally and providing product knowledge

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets

Coordinating with logistics, product, and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Working as per US time zones (EST/PST) – Night Shift

Part of a US Sales Voice Process, focused on performance and communication
