Job Description

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for logistics roles including operations executives, sales executives, supervisors, and office staff.
  • Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain manpower requirements in coordination with operations and management.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Ensure proper joining documentation.
  • Maintain employee personal files (physical and digital).

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll data.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in probation reviews, confirmations, performance appraisals, and increments.
  • Track employee performance, discipline, and conduct.
  • Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, and termination letters as required.

5. Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues in coordination with management.
  • Maintain discipline and company policies, especially for operational staff.
  • Support management in handling absenteeism, attrition, and misconduct cases.

6. HR Policies & Procedures

  • Implement and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
  • Ensure employees follow company rules related to attendance, safety, and behavior.
  • Update HR policies as per business requirements.

7. Training & Development

  • Coordinate induction and basic training programs for new hires.
  • Support skill development initiatives for operations.
  • Maintain training records.

8. Exit Management

  • Handle resignations, notice period tracking, full & final settlement coordination.
  • Conduct exit interviews and submit attrition analysis to management.
