As an HR professional at Motion Modexys, you will play a vital role in building and supporting our dynamic team. You will be responsible for HR operations, managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Conduct onboarding sessions to welcome and integrate new employees into the company.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Assist with employee relations and provide support to resolve workplace issues.

Facilitate performance reviews and support career development initiatives.

Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and benefit plans.

Take on administrative tasks, including front desk and receptionist duties.

Collaborate with department heads to support employee engagement and build a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.

Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
