Job Description

 Job Description — HR Executive

Company: Snapivite (by Aanandam)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Role Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–4 Years

Reporting To: Founder / Operations Head

About Snapivite

Snapivite is Jaipur’s premium wedding stationery, packaging, and gifting brand — trusted by couples and wedding planners across India. We craft everything from bespoke paper invites and luxury gift boxes to digital save-the-dates and return gifting solutions. We’re a fast-growing, design-first team that believes in doing things with heart, precision, and a little bit of celebration in everything we make.

We’re looking for an HR Executive who’s not just a process person — but a people builder. Someone who can find great talent, keep them engaged, and help build a performance culture that makes Snapivite an exceptional place to work.

What You’ll Do

🎯 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Core Responsibility)

This is the most critical part of the role right now. We’re in an active growth phase with 5–6 immediate openings across design, operations, and sales — and we need someone who can drive hiring end-to-end, not just post jobs and wait.

∙              Own the full recruitment cycle — JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining confirmation

∙              Proactively source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and referral networks

∙              Build and maintain a live candidate pipeline so hiring never starts from zero

∙              Screen resumes and conduct first-round telephonic/video interviews

∙              Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads efficiently

∙              Maintain an applicant tracking sheet with status, feedback, and next steps

∙              Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to Day 1

🌱 Onboarding & People Operations

∙              Manage structured onboarding for every new hire — documentation, induction, team introductions, and first-week plan

∙              Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files

∙              Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities

∙              Be the first point of contact for any employee query or concern

📊 Performance Management & Appraisal

∙              Design and implement a structured performance review cycle (quarterly/bi-annual) suited to a creative, fast-moving team

∙              Set up role-specific KPIs and goal-tracking frameworks in collaboration with department leads

∙              Facilitate appraisal conversations — helping managers give structured, fair feedback

∙              Maintain appraisal records and recommend salary revisions, role changes, or growth paths based on outcomes

∙              Identify low-performance patterns early and work with managers on PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) where needed

🏆 Recognition & Engagement

∙              Build and own a recognition system — structured yet warm — that celebrates wins big and small (Employee of the Month, milestone rewards, peer shoutouts, etc.)

∙              Plan and execute team engagement initiatives: monthly check-ins, celebrations, team outings, festival moments

∙              Conduct regular pulse checks to gauge team morale and flag concerns before they become problems

∙              Create a culture where people feel seen, valued, and motivated — especially on the operations floor where daily work can feel repetitive

🗂️ Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

∙              Track daily attendance across office and operations floor

∙              Manage leave records, approvals, and monthly summaries

∙              Compile payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement

∙              Handle PF, ESI, and basic statutory compliance documentation

📋 Compliance & HR Systems

∙              Maintain statutory registers and ensure basic labour law compliance

∙              Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook

∙              Gradually introduce or improve HRMS tools to reduce manual HR work

∙              Build HR processes from scratch where they don’t exist — this is a builders role, not a maintenance role

What We’re Looking For

∙              2–4 years of HR experience — ideally in a small or mid-sized company where you’ve worn multiple hats

∙              Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment — not just coordination, but actual sourcing and closing

∙              Demonstrated experience in performance management and appraisal cycles

∙              Strong understanding of employee engagement and recognition frameworks

∙              Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

∙              Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools

∙              Familiar with PF, ESI, and basic statutory compliances

∙              Strong communication in both Hindi and English — written and verbal

∙              High on ownership, discretion, and empathy — you’ll be handling sensitive people matters

∙              Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate immediately — fully on-site role

Bonus Points If You Have

∙              Experience in a lifestyle, luxury, gifting, wedding, or creative industry brand

∙              Familiarity with any HRMS or ATS tool (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, etc.)

∙              Experience building HR policies or culture programs from the ground up

∙              A genuine passion for people — not just processes

Why Join Snapivite

∙              You won’t be maintaining HR. You’ll be building it — policies, culture, systems, and a team

∙              Direct access to the founder with fast decision-making — no bureaucracy

∙              A warm, design-led brand with real pride in its work and people

∙              Opportunity to grow into a Senior HR Manager role as the company scales

∙              Competitive salary commensurate with experience
