Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Vegetarian Cook who can prepare high-quality food consistently and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The candidate must be able to cook multiple cuisines, maintain hygiene standards, and support smooth kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCooking & Food PreparationPrepare and cook pure vegetarian dishes as per menu standards.
• Expertise required in:

• Fast Food (Burgers, Sandwiches, Pasta, Fries, etc.)
• Chinese Cuisine (Noodles, Manchurian, Fried Rice, etc.)
• Indian Food (Sabji, Roti, Paratha, Dal, etc.)
• Beverages (Tea, Coffee, Cold Coffee, etc.)
• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Prepare food items quickly for takeaway orders.
• Kitchen OperationsWork in 24×7 rotational shifts as per restaurant schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Follow food safety standards and proper storage practices.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist in inventory management and raw material planning.
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers and service staff.
• Quality & ServiceEnsure consistency in taste and portion sizes.
• Prepare orders within standard preparation time.
• Minimize food wastage.
• Follow company recipes and cooking guidelines.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel.
