Plastic Injection Moulding Operator & Quality Tester

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Moulding Operator & Quality Tester to join our team. This key role involves both operating injection moulding machinery and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of plastic granules, moulds, and moulding processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor injection moulding machines to produce plastic products.
• Product Processing: Ensure smooth production processes, including adjusting settings for optimal product quality and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to identify any defects or non-conformities before packing.
• Defect Prevention: Ensure that no defective pieces are packed or shipped; segregate and document any rejected products.
• Testing & Measurement: Use measuring tools to verify product specifications and ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Material Knowledge: Understand and work with different types of plastic granules, ensuring the correct materials are used for each job.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and address any issues related to machine performance or product quality during the production process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve production processes and product quality, collaborating with the team to enhance efficiency.
