Job Description

Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
  • Pitch products/services to retailers, distributors, and potential customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Follow up on quotations, payments, and order execution
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment
  • Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer insights
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, presentable, and target-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally if required
  • Preferred ExperienceExperience in garments, apparel, textile, fabric, FMCG, or manufacturing sales
  • Knowledge of wholesale, distributor, or retail sales channels
  • Familiarity with invoicing, order processing, and payment follow-ups
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales target achievement
