Job Description
Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Pitch products/services to retailers, distributors, and potential customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up on quotations, payments, and order execution
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment
- Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer insights
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally if required
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in garments, apparel, textile, fabric, FMCG, or manufacturing sales
- Knowledge of wholesale, distributor, or retail sales channels
- Familiarity with invoicing, order processing, and payment follow-ups
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly sales target achievement
