Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales, client coordination, and order conversion. The role involves working closely with leads, understanding their requirements, and converting them into business opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from WhatsApp, calls, and social media
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain product offerings (mugs, t-shirts, bottles, corporate gifting items, etc.)
- Share product catalogs, pricing, and close deals
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Manage customer queries and provide quick resolutions
- Coordinate with the production/dispatch team for order execution
- Maintain customer data and update CRM or Excel sheets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales process & customer handling
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, calling, and Excel
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- Target-oriented mindset
- Preferred QualificationsGraduate (any stream)
- Experience in sales / telecalling / customer handling is a plus
- Experience in printing / gifting / customization industry (preferred but not mandatory)
