Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales growth in the BPM and DMS domain. The role involves lead generation, prospect engagement, relationship management, and closing opportunities using digital sales tools and CRM platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google search, and online platforms.
  • Execute outbound sales activities via calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-ups.
  • Plan and run email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and generate sales opportunities.
  • Present and explain BPM and DMS solutions to prospective clients through virtual demos and discussions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and sales processes.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
  • Strong understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) and DMS (Document Management Systems).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot CRM, Google tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, and follow-up strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized professional.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities efficiently.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience selling SaaS / IT solutions / Digital Transformation products.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, pipelines, and CRM reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
