Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Sports Academy. This is a "Hybrid" role where you will be responsible for two major growth areas:

1. B2B (Schools/Institutions): Visiting schools to pitch and close contracts for our integrated sports programs and physical education services.
2. B2C (Parents/Students): Closing enrollments from our office by managing leads, making calls, and conducting academy tours.

The ideal candidate is a sports enthusiast who is as comfortable in a boardroom as they are on a football pitch or basketball court.

• Key Responsibilities Field Sales (B2B – 40% of time)School Tie-ups: Identify, visit, and pitch to School Principals and Trust Boards to implement our sports curriculum or after-school programs.
• Corporate Partnerships: Approach local businesses for employee wellness sports events or sponsorship opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Visit competitors and stay updated on the local school landscape to identify new partnership gaps.
• Inside Sales (B2C – 60% of time)Lead Conversion: Actively call and follow up with parents who inquire about academy memberships (via social media, website, or walk-ins).
• Academy Tours: Host prospective students and parents at our facility, explaining our coaching philosophy and enrollment packages.
• Batch Management: Ensure every coaching batch is at full capacity through consistent outreach and referral programs.
• Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Experience in Education, Gyms, EdTech, or Sports is a huge plus).
• Mobility: Must have a personal two-wheeler/vehicle and a valid license for school visits.
• Communication: Fluent in [English/Local Language]. You must be able to pitch professionally to principals and warmly to parents.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to manage a CRM, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel for lead tracking.
• Passion: A genuine interest in sports and youth development.
• Skills Needed The "Chameleon" Skill: Ability to talk "Business" with a Principal and "Development/Safety" with a parent.
• Negotiation: Closing high-value B2B contracts with schools.
• Resilience: A thick skin for cold calling and "knocking on doors" at schools.
