📌 Job DescriptionEd Plus AI Technologies is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote our School ERP & AI-based Education Management Solutions. You will be responsible for handling school leads, understanding their requirements, presenting Ed Plus AI products, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

🧠 Roles & Responsibilities• Contact school owners, principals, and administrators through inbound & outbound calls

• Understand school challenges and recommend suitable Ed Plus AI ERP solutions

• Present product features – EMS, Attendance, Payroll, Fees, Exams & Academic Modules

• Coordinate product demos with the technical & implementation team

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups and conversions in CRM / Excel

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

• Follow up with existing clients for renewals, upgrades & add-on services

• Build strong relationships with schools to ensure long-term retention

• Share regular feedback with management regarding market response and customer needs

💡 Required Skills✔ Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English

✔ Confident on calls with convincing presentation skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, WhatsApp, Emails

✔ Experience in EdTech / Software / ERP Sales will be preferred
