Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist / Executive


Role Overview:

Responsible for driving revenue by connecting with potential and existing customers remotely (phone, email, video), understanding their challenges, and positioning the company's products/services as solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction while meeting sales quotas. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new prospects and inbound leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls/emails to potential clients and follow up on leads, building rapport.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand customer pain points and business needs.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate and explain product/service features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Sales Process: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, contacts, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or upgrades to existing clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and field sales teams.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience (B2B/B2C).
  • Proficiency with website selling, digital marketing, mobile application.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Result-oriented, aggressive, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet high-pressure targets.
