Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Telecalling Sales Executives to connect with potential customers and business partners over the phone. The role involves explaining O Hi’s offerings, generating interest, and converting leads into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and prospects
• Explain products, services, and value proposition clearly
• Generate leads and close sales over the phone
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Required Skills & Qualifications0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles
• Ability to handle rejection and objections positively
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language knowledge preferred)
