Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to handle direct client interactions, convert qualified leads into sales, and achieve assigned revenue targets in the real estate domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a deep understanding of real estate sales processes.


  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in leads to generate sales.
  • Conduct detailed discussions with clients regarding project features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets individually.
  • Coordinate with the site visit team to ensure client visits and property tours are scheduled and managed efficiently.
  • Maintain lead data, sales updates, and follow-up details in CRM tools.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor projects, and real estate industry developments.
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Present property options professionally, ensuring clear communication of project USPs and brand value.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate inside sales / telesales / direct client handling
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented individual performer
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools
