VACANCIES – SALES & MARKETING POSITIONS 1. Sales & Marketing Manager Job Description: Responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract students, sponsors, and partners, overseeing marketing campaigns, and driving enrolment and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.

•       Establish partnerships with schools, clubs, and sponsors.

•       Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, SEO, paid ads).

•       Organize promotional events and community activities.

•       Monitor market trends and optimize strategies.

•       Generate leads and convert them into enrolments.

•       Oversee email marketing, cold calling, sports kit sales, event hosting, social work programs, team management, and fund/fee management.

•       Promote the academy’s programs.

•       Secure sponsorships and partnerships.

•       Conduct school visits, academy visits and presentations.

•       Handle inquiries and follow up on leads.

•       Maintain a database of leads and track conversions.

•       Handling trainers and other staffs as a leader.

•       Strong communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills.

•       Assist in organizing sports camps and promotional events.

•       Track and analyze campaign performance.

•       Work with designers and content creators.

•       Engage with online followers and respond to inquiries.

 2. Event Coordinator (Sports & Marketing) Key Responsibilities:

•       Organize sports camps, tournaments, and open-house events.

•       Collaborate with schools and clubs.

•       Coordinate with vendors, coaches, and sponsors.

•       Market events through online and offline channels.

•       Track event success and gather feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

▪ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

▪ 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Salary Details:

Full-Time: Rs. 12,000 - 20,000 per month

Part-Time: Rs. 8,000 per month

Bonus: Extra bonus based on performance and target completion
