Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a self-motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Specialist to manage the University Admission process for Distance/Online Learning Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads and provide detailed course information to convert enquiries into admissions
• Connect with and counsel working professionals for UG/PG online degree programs from reputed universities (NMIMS, Amity, VIT, Manipal, etc.)
• Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programs accordingly
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Generate leads and ensure timely closures for admissions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professionals
• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets
• Actively contribute to a high-performance, target-driven environment
• Work on references and generate business from existing clients/professionals

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a target-oriented approach
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in inside sales/education sales is preferred
