Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Designer proficient in 3D designing to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that align with our clients needs and visions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed interior design plans, mood boards, and presentations using 3D softwares preferable 3Ds Max / Sketchup.
• Develop innovative and functional design concepts for various spaces such as residential, commercial, and hospitality environments.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members.
• Select appropriate materials, colors, furniture, and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and design software advancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with proficiency in 3Ds Max / Sketch up.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and 3D visualizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and construction processes.
