Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1.Structural Supervision: Oversee RCC work, brickwork, plastering, and waterproofing. Ensure reinforcement is as per structural drawings.

2.Interior Supervision: Coordinate premium interior works including false ceilings, flooring (marble/tiles), carpentry, electrical points, and painting.

3.Drawing Interpretation: Read and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings with high accuracy.

4.Vendor Management: Supervise on-site labor and specialized sub-contractors to maintain daily progress.

5.Quality & Safety: Conduct regular quality checks to minimize rework and ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.

6.Reporting: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and material consumption logs.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering is highly preferred.

Experience: At least 2–3 years of proven experience in supervising both civil structure and interior finishing projects.

Skills: *1. Strong understanding of construction materials and interior finishes.

2.Ability to manage labor effectively.

3.Basic knowledge of measurement and billing.
