Position: Human Resource Executive (US Process Recruitment)

Job Role:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage US-based recruitment for our voice process operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in talent acquisition and HR coordination, especially in night shift BPO/US-based environments.

KRA – Key Responsibility Areas:

End-to-end recruitment for US voice process roles (screening, interviews, onboarding)

Maintain candidate pipeline for night shift roles

Conduct telephonic/video interviews and coordinate final rounds

Prepare and maintain employee records, documentation, and joining formalities

Coordinate with the operations team for manpower planning

Ensure smooth onboarding and HR induction

Assist with employee engagement activities

Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment dashboards

Address basic employee concerns and grievances under HR supervision

Required Skills:

1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in BPO or Night Shift recruitment)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiar with job portals, hiring tools, and sourcing strategies

Comfortable working in night shift timing

Good understanding of compliance,

onboarding, and documentation process
