Job Opening: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Job Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (CSE) for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
• Maintain quality and compliance standards
• Meet individual and team performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice Process preferred)
• Skills Required:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good listening and problem-solving ability
• Customer-centric approach

Selection Process:

• HR Round
• Operations Round

Shifts & Working Days:

• Rotational Shifts & Weekly Offs

Transport Facility:

• ₹180 per night shift (for male employees)
• One-sided cab facility for female employees during odd hours

Assessment Requirement:

• Versant Level: B2 / C1 (US Voice Process)
