Handle Customer’s inbound and outbound Calls. Telling Them About Products/ Services Type: International

And we are looking for Candidates with Good English.

• Responsibilities:Handle outbound customer calls (international process).
• Explain company services/products to potential customers clearly and confidently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone on every call.
• Follow up on leads and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Achieve basic conversion goals (no hard targets).
• Coordinate with the team and update progress reports.

• Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Process).
